The Waikato Home and Garden Show was a great afternoon out - a good opportunity for a bit of networking and product research. It was great to see some things heading in a more sustainable direction, definitely a direction we aim to push the Company.
Hi everybody, here's a little glimpse into some of the projects that we have been working on over the last couple of months.
We have enjoyed renovating and working closely with the clients on a property located on a hill in the back of Otorohanga. With the project coming to a close, we are all very happy with the result. The renovation has truely transformed this house into a stunning property. It's awesome when everything comes to that point where for the clients, they see their vision coming together at the finishing stages and as the builders, we have delivered it to a very high standard that we are very pleased with.
The building aspects of this renovation included installation of new insulation, re-gibbing, new decking, new roof out the back, internal shelf units, installation of cavity sliders, and finishing trims.
As kiwis, we love to entertain outside. At the other project that we have been working on in Cambridge, we have built a large Kwila deck, which provides both a covered and uncovered outdoor entertaining space for the clients to enjoy.
